So today I sent for my LLC application! So excited for this! Once I have this I'm going to open up my own company bank account! :O I go to check out my kitchen I'm renting later this week and then I will be signing papers and sending out for my bakers license and THEN I meet with the health inspector Glenn who I talked to today. :) He seems really nice. Then I apply for my tax id and I am 100% totally in business for myself. :O WOW! Crazy! Insane! Is this really happening?!?!?!?

So this past week I made a bunch of cakes for a party for people to sample and to start getting my name out there. :) People LOVED it! I was kinda sad I couldn't advertise for a Vday sale or something! LOL! (must be legal!) But I'll go all out for St. Patricks day!

So that's my business side of life. Personal is a little more boring.....well less interesting LOL! My 18 month old S. Is sick with a 102 fever. I think he has an ear infection. He hasn't let me put him down since nap yesterday.

My 5 year old G. has ADHD and it seems like his meds are loosing their effectiveness which is so sad and scary. This was our first med to try with him and it was awesome! Totally kept him being him, just dialed down a notch so that he could focus and it has helped him SO much in school! So hopefully we can find another low dose med for him that will work. I don't want my kid to be a zombie. I do however want him to be able to write his name without 9 reminders. (seriously we counted 3 reminders to stay on task just to write the G one time it's crazy!)

 And my middle son L who is 3.5 is getting ready to have another tube put in. Poor guy has some very mild hearing loss from having so many ear infections and so for him that means not only putting the tube in (only 1 this time other ear is doing great after the first 2 sets of tubes) but also having hearing tests and such. Boo. Poor guy. LOL! But I talked to his speech therapist today and she is blown away by his progress. 18 months ago the kid didn't talk. Right before his 2nd bday he had his first word and now you can't get him to stop!

LOL! All 3 boys are very excited about their school vday presents (k well the youngest gets to share his brothers) I sent in cupcakes that had hearts in the middle, and cards that have pictures of my boys holding their hands out. Then I put lollipops there so it looks like the boys are handing them out LOL! (LOVE pintrest for ideas!)

Our new puppy has now been with us for over 2 weeks. He is like 98% potty trained and has learned sit and paw and night night. :) He's so smart and apparently I'm not too shabby at training him LOL!.

My husband and I managed to get a sitter and do something romantic for Vday. It was so great and we even managed to not talk about kids for most of the night! LOL!

Thats about it for my crazy life. :)

Deep Breath

So this is it. I am making an appointment to see the lawyer about starting my bakery business!!!! Making it official and legal! SO excited and well terrified. As if life isn't hectic enough with 3 little boys (g is 5, L is 3.5 and S is 18 months!) a wonderful husband who works insane hours and a new 12 week old lab puppy. But this feels like it might be my chance to do something awesome and fun and creative and maybe make some money while I'm at it! I have a big party this weekend and I am making a TON of cakes! a champagne raspberry filled cake with champagne butter cream roses all over :) (using a color mist to make it pink and red) a chocolate cherry cake, twinkie cupcakes with strawberry hearts inside and twinkie filling on top, meringue rose shaped cookies, and homemade chocolate covered cherries :) Oh and then I'm making a chocolate cake with strawberry pie filling in the middle and on top. Covered in fudge frosting and then the outside is covered by pirouette cookies :) Fun!
